Welcome to the Grappling Indians page!  We are entering our fifth season and get better each year. Last season we had six kids place at the Area tournament and Senior Rhett Honeycutt won the teams first ever individual Gold medal at Areas.At the Eastern Sectionals, Rhett Honeycutt, Will Morgan, and Michael Wrease all advanced to the State tournament.  Please contact Coach Greer E-mail or Coach Taylor  E-mail if you have questions about our high school wrestling program.

Retired Singlet!

Coach Greer congratulates Matthew Burton following a match against Appling County in January 2008.  Burton, who was born with Cerebral Palsy, was the driving force behind the birth of the high school wrestling team. Although he never won a match (0-33) he did win the respect of everyone who watched him wrestle.  His singlet was retired in May 2008 and is displayed inside the wrestling gym to inspire future generations of Dodge County wrestlers.

What's New?

Welcome to the Grappling Warriors page!  The 2011-2012 school year marked our third season as a middle school program.  Thanks to our youth club program, the middle school team was very competitive again this year. Eleven wrestlers placed at the Region tournament out of 14.  Next year we hope to do even better!
